Field Trip “Dealul Mare-Hârlău”

A journey through the landscapes, heritage, and communities of the Dealul Mare-Hârlău area, from the Cucuteni culture and the medieval heritage of Stephen the Great to traditional architecture, local gastronomy, and the Cotnari wine-making tradition.
The itinerary includes Cucuteni, Zlodica, Hârlău, Maxut, and Cotnari, featuring experiences focused on local heritage and culture, meetings with people involved in community revitalization and heritage valorization, as well as a working session dedicated to developing an integrated tourism product for the Dealul Mare -Hârlău area.
The field trip concludes at Axinte Winery, with a Cotnari wine tasting – a fitting finale that brings together the territory, culture, gastronomy, and wine as expressions of the destination’s identity.
